Applications will be processed in the following order:

  1. Application is completed and submitted to Admissions Office with registration fee.

  2. Application sent to respective Principal for review.

  3. Interview by Principal is conducted.

3.1 – If in Grades 8 -12 EAL assessment is completed.

  1. If need identified by Principal a consultation with EAL/SEN/Counselling as appropriate is arranged.

  2. Principal accepts or does not accept the student.

  3. Letter of acceptance is presented to parent within 48 hours indicating start date.

  4. Parent accepts within timeline (three days).

  5. Student file is sent to respective section to arrange induction.

  6. Finance department is notified to administer fees as per policy.
