Our Sister School SWA

Jakarta World Academy is a branch of Sinarmas World Academy (SWA), founded in 2008 and its internationally award winning campus is located in BSD.

SWA offers programs from Nursery to Grade 12 and provides all three IB Programmes, the Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Program.

SWA is a member of the Council of International Schools.

Its current enrolment of 300 students is expected to grow to nearly 500 for the start of the 2010-11 school year.

The Future Is Bright

SWA features extensive facilities including three self-contained school sections – Early Childhood (Nursery to Kindergarten 2), Elementary School (Grades 1 to 5) and a Secondary School consisting of two separate buildings – Middle School (for Grades 6 to 8) and High School (for Grades 9 to 12).

The campus is designed for a student body of some 1500 students and includes a Library, Performing Arts Center and Theater, Sports Center, Elementary Gym and opening in December 2011, the ‘Da Vinci’ – Design, Arts, Science and Technology Center.
